Julia Tompkins Yoga | Fort Collins, Colorado

I was thrilled to finally be able to do a shoot for Julia Tompkins. She has become a dear friend, and she has transformed my personal yoga practice. She pushes you harder than anyone, and she knows you can do it. Her mantras are constant reminders of where our focus needs to be, "you are enough." She's tough, loving, honest, creative and hilarious too. Her beauty radiates. She's a mom, a wife and a tremendous athlete who has intertwined yoga into her own life. She admits that life is not always perfect, but you can always come back to your mat to recharge. If you are in the Fort Collins area, you must visit her classes at Mindstream Yoga. She challenges you physically, mentally, spiritually, and completely. You will leave her classes feeling renewed and worn-out yet energized. Additionally, she makes the most beautiful Mala necklaces and wraps that each of you should own. I promise you want to get to know her. She's amazing.

I like yoga, but I can not boast such flexibility as my trainer. When I start learning a new element, my muscles and joints start to hurt a lot. To reduce the burden on the body, I take CBD oil. You can click here to investigate complete information about this medicine. This remedy is based on herbs and helps me recover faster.

I am always looking for a way to relax after weight training. I have found that yoga and stretching works wonders. I also have been getting massages from the local spa and they taught me about CBD. I have since started using gummies as a post-workout supplement and it has worked wonders.
